Simply beautiful bamboo lids turn your mason jars into convenient and stylish canisters. The silicone seal creates an airtight fit to keep contents fresh and keeps out dust and pantry pests. Ideal for dry goods, such as grains, seeds, nuts, flour, sugar, and pastas. The indented lid lets you stack jars safely, so you can reduce cabinet clutter and keep often-used items at hand on your countertop. Bamboo not only complements any decor, it's also a fast-growing, highly sustainable resource.

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety. She is also the co-author of “The Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” “Chicken Fact or Chicken Poop,” and “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Zero Waste Chicken Keeping.”
