These handy lids make it easy to label canned goods. Write on the blackboard-like surface with chalk or non-permanent chalk markers and they're reusable again and again. A unique and fun way to label gifts of canned goods, or anything "wrapped" in a canning jar! Available in two sizes to fit either wide mouth or regular mouth mason jars. Set of eight flat lids; screw bands and jars not included. Markers sold separately.

Dr. Brigid McCrea

Educational, Extension Specialist, Chicken Whisperer

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety. She is also the co-author of “The Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” “Chicken Fact or Chicken Poop,” and “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Zero Waste Chicken Keeping.”
