This stainless steel rack is perfect for turning a small stockpot into a canner. No need to buy a canner with this rack and your own stockpot.

Easy and Safe Removal: Features long side handles to protect against burning when removing or adding canning jars. These contoured, comfort grip handles can rest on pot rims.

Ideal for Small Batches: The rack holds 2 quart, 4 half pint, or 4 one pint canning jars.

Dr. Brigid McCrea

Educational, Extension Specialist, Chicken Whisperer

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety. She is also the co-author of “The Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” “Chicken Fact or Chicken Poop,” and “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Zero Waste Chicken Keeping.”
