Rosemary Herb Salt Recipe
Making your own herb seasoning salt sounds fancy, doesn’t it? Thankfully, fancy doesn’t...
This simple yet ingenious sling makes it easy to lower bread dough into your pre-heated Dutch oven. The extra-long and wide handles offer a sure grip, preventing burns and making it a safer alternative to parchment paper. Made from extra-thick heat-resistant silicone, it won't tear or twist like parchment, and it's reusable again and again, saving money and reducing waste. To use, simply flip dough out of your proofing basket or bowl onto the center of the mat, score it, and then lower it into the pan for a perfectly centered loaf. After baking, lift the finished loaf using the handles - no need to tip the hot, heavy pan; no more brittle, burned parchment. Bread releases easily from the nonstick silicone. Fits 4 to 7 quart Dutch ovens; inch and centimeter markings help you measure your loaf. Safe up to 500° F/260° C.
