Usage Instructions: Simply remove the lid and pour hot grease over a strainer directly into a grease jar. Remove strainer and discard bits, clean and replace in pot for future use. The jar can be placed in the refrigerator or left on the stove for quick access.

Note: Bacon grease can be stored on the counter, unrefrigerated for about one month. If it will not be used at this time it is best to refrigerate which will keep up to 6 months.
