Make your favorite dried snacks at home, including jerky! When you dry foods at home, you save money, control the ingredients, and achieve the results you want. Plus, it's a great family activity. You can adjust the temperature on this easy-to-use dehydrator from 95° F to 167° F, making it ideal for drying all foods, including meats.
Uniform drying. This MightyBite® 6-tray dehydrator features an 800-watt heating element; a rear-mounted fan; and rear venting for horizontal airflow, ensuring even drying. The six trays give you 7 sq. ft. of drying space. Easy to use. The intuitive digital control panel, conveniently located at the front, lets you adjust the temperature in 2° increments and includes a timer that you set from 30 minutes to 24 hours. The non-slip feet won't mar countertops, and the removable drip tray makes cleanup a breeze.
Durable. This dehydrator is built to last. The housing is made from long-lasting, fire-retardant polypropylene and ABS. The swinging door is made from transparent acrylic to allow you to observe the drying process, opens wide so you can easily access the trays, and has a magnetic closure. And the six drying trays are made from polypropylene that is reinforced to prevent warping, with small, ¼" (6 mm) holes - perfect for drying small items like blueberries.
(Stainless steel dehydrating trays sold separately).
