Rosemary Herb Salt Recipe
Making your own herb seasoning salt sounds fancy, doesn’t it? Thankfully, fancy doesn’t...
Roast garlic to spreadable, buttery perfection with this stoneware baking dish. The bell-shaped lid has vent holes and a knob. Every piece is individually handcrafted and signed by the artist. Each piece of pottery is hand thrown and so no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations should be expected and enjoyed.
Baked Garlic Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel loose papery skin off garlic bulbs. Slice the top of each head (pointy end) so that the flesh is exposed. Arrange in Holman Pottery Garlic Baker and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Cover with lid and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove lid and continue baking for about 15 more minutes until garlic is soft and golden. Cool before serving. Squeeze soft garlic out of skins to use as a spread.
Garlic becomes sweet, mellow, and nutty when roasted! This may be stored for several days in the refrigerator.
