Soft, spreadable butter: Keeps butter at room temperature for easy spreading. Never settle for hard butter again.

No refrigeration needed: Holds up to 1 stick of butter. The water in the base locks in freshness and keeps the butter soft and spreadable for up to 30 days - without refrigeration.

Easy to Use: Simply add cold water to the base of the keeper and load the top with butter. Place the top with the butter upside down onto the base. The water helps create an airtight seal to keep your butter soft and fresh.

Dr. Brigid McCrea

Educational, Extension Specialist, Chicken Whisperer

Dr. Brigid McCrea is an Extension Specialist at Auburn University working with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Avian Science are from the University of California at Davis, and Ph.D. in Poultry Science is from Auburn University. She specializes in small flocks; niche market poultry products; and both pre– and post-harvest food safety. She is also the co-author of “The Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Keeping Chickens,” “Chicken Fact or Chicken Poop,” and “Chicken Whisperer’s Guide to Zero Waste Chicken Keeping.”
