Roots & Harvest® publishes the catalog once a year, occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, there are price increases from our vendors, and we must reflect this increase in our pricing. As a result, our website may show a different price than the catalog. So, prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept orders via our website, phone, mail and fax order. Contact our call center at 877-509-3457 to order by phone. You can mail in or fax an order form from our catalog.

Our retail store is open Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. We are located at 4440 Muhlhauser Rd., Suite 300, West Chester, OH 45011.

We do have some items that are excluded from promotions. Please check disclaimers for any exclusions.

We use USPS and UPS.

Additional shipping fees may be applied to oversized or bulk items.  

Customers outside the 48 contiguous states have the option to ship via UPS. Shipping is based on actual weight and size of the package. Shipping fees paid to Roots & Harvest® do not include any charges or fees that may be incurred such as: customs fees, border fees, duties or brokerage fees.

Roots & Harvest® offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to discuss your return. Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm ET at 877-509-3457.

All Roots & Harvest® products carry a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise. If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, please register your warranty information at the top and bottom of this page.

In your Customer Account, navigate to “Addresses”, select “Edit” and edit your address.

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, email your request to connectwithus@rootsandharvest.com. Please make sure you include your name and entire address so that the correct address is removed from our mailing list. You could also contact us at 877-509-3457 and ask to be removed from our list. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.
